The Inspired Children & Youth Charitable Foundation (the “Foundation”) is a registered Canadian charity committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of the personal information entrusted to us by our donors, volunteers, program participants, and website visitors. - Donations: To process your donation, issue tax receipts, and acknowledge your generosity. This includes your name, contact information, and payment details.
- Programs and Services: To enroll participants in our programs and to manage program activities. This may include information necessary to assess eligibility or to provide a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
- Volunteer & Employment Applications: To assess your suitability for a position with the Foundation, communicate with you about your application, and manage the volunteer or employment relationship.
- Communication & Marketing: To send you our e-newsletter, updates, event invitations, or other information about the Foundation’s mission and activities. We will only send you these communications if you have provided your consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- Website Usage: To understand how our website is used, improve the user experience, and analyze trends. This may include the use of cookies and other tracking technologies. We collect this data on an aggregated, anonymous basis wherever possible.

We will seek your consent before collecting, using, or disclosing your personal information. Your consent can be express (e.g., you check a box to subscribe to our newsletter) or implied (e.g., you voluntarily provide your information to us for an obvious purpose, such as to receive a tax receipt).

We do not sell, rent, or trade our donor, volunteer, or mailing lists.

- Mailing houses for sending tax receipts and newsletters
